I would highly recommend reading my book. It switches back and forth between a women and mans perspective. They are neighbors who are falling in love.

I identified with this story because it illustrates and internal conflict that I have been faced with before. The conflict of trying to be happy for a sibling, but also deep down being jealous of the parental validation they are getting.
I like the way the book is written continuously from a first person perspective. This story is written from the perspective of the younger sister. As the story continues, it dives deep into her internal monologue and highlights how her perspective on life changes.
I think the book Ace of Spades would be very interesting to read because I would be able to relate to it as a teen who is in high school. The book would give me different perspectives on a variety of high school experiences.
In the book “The lost and the Found“ the antagonist is the main character, Faith, realizes that her older sister, who has been abducted for 13 years, has finally come home. She feels as though she has always lived in the shadows of her sister, and now that shes home, a small part of her misses when it was just her getting her parents attention.
The book Lolita is about Humburt, an adult man, who is sexually attracted to Lolita, a young child. The central conflict is an internal conflict within Humburt. He has to restrain his sexual desires because of societal restraints. The book is very disturbing and I found myself cringing throughout most of my time reading it.
Lolita is written from the perspective of a grown man with an inappropriate sexual obsession with nymphets. It is written using his stream of thought as a continuos narrative. He spends his days thinking of fantasies about a young girl whom he refers to as “Lolita.“ Although this book is very entertaining, it is very nauseating and I would not recommend it.
This book shows images of the lives of black men living in a white dominated society. It illustrates their realistic day to day struggles, as well as eliminating social and racial stereotypes.
This book is about childhood lovers who meet again when they are middle aged. Each chapter switches from now, to 15 years ago. They attempt to catch each other up on all the missing time they have spent apart. As the book continues, they slowly uncover how the two fall in love, while also giving us a sneak peak on their lives 15 years later after falling out of love. But the question is...did they ever stop loving each other.
